About Jay & PUMP

I have been a Les Mills Bodypump instructor for 4 years. However, I was a competitive gymnast for 11 years and that foundation has crossed over into a life of health and fitness. Gymnastics builds an endurance strength physique for ALL body types and the Bodypump Group fitness class emulates this type of training.

BODYPUMP group exercise is the safest and fastest way to get fit for life!

PUMP builds lean muscle that stays even after you may stop for some time. Endurance strength training with "light" or "heavy" weights builds muscle that allows for you to get back into things when our lives often keep us away from the gym for a period of time. Of course consistency is essential to any successful fitness goals but once you have built this muscle foundation, keeping those muscles is much easier when you start with endurance resistance training.
