Our February 2012 CalendarYoga - This is the class that focuses on basic elements of one's being,
Mind, Body and Spirit. Try this class and rest assured, you will be coming back for more! Members get in free, inquire within if you are not already a California Fitness Center member. Schedule.

Pump - A one hour class offered throughout the week that will change your entire physique in as early as six weeks.

Zumba Dancing - Learn the rhythm of Zumba while getting a great workout for your total body.

Cardio Boxing - You will exercise your full body through various boxing and kickboxing moves while enjoying this fun group fitness class.
Personal Training - After all, who else is going to be there to motivate you through the entire time of your workout.
